hill repeats
i did 3 1-mile repeats up Dixie canyon then went on and rode up more and did the horsetooth dams and went around the mountain. i got a late start and it was only 36 degrees out then it started to get dark and by the time i finished it was only 27. my hands were burning in pain while they were warming up.
